Tripp Winniford serves as a Development & Acquisitions Analyst, bringing a strong foundation in real estate finance and a passion for identifying value-add opportunities across development and investment strategies.

In this role, Tripp supports the team in the underwriting and closing of new acquisitions, conducting market research, and assisting in the execution of development projects from inception through stabilization. Prior to his current role, he gained experience at WindMass Capital, where he worked on all aspects of acquisitions, capital raising, and dispositions.

Tripp holds a degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
