Ryan Sloan is the Director of Finance & Operations at JLM Living, where he plays a critical role in managing and executing real estate investments. With a strong background in asset management, financial analysis, and capital markets, he works closely with senior leadership to develop investment strategies, evaluate market trends, and optimize portfolio performance. His expertise in capital raising, financial modeling, and development strategy ensures that JLM’s projects align with both market dynamics and long-term investment objectives. 

Since joining JLM in 2022, Ryan has led the firm’s real estate investment management efforts, overseeing capital deployment and providing strategic oversight across the company’s portfolio. His role extends into project due diligence, financing, design, permitting, construction, and leasing, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Prior to JLM, he worked at Bank OZK’s Real Estate Specialties Group, where he managed a $1.1 billion commercial real estate debt portfolio. During his tenure, he facilitated loan transactions ranging from $30 million to $270 million, underwrote development projects across various asset classes, and analyzed financial models to assess investment feasibility. His deep understanding of market fundamentals and financial structuring has made him a valuable asset in driving successful real estate ventures. 

Ryan holds both a Master of Science in Business from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, graduating with honors. He resides in Dallas, TX, with his wife, Aubri, and enjoys staying engaged in the real estate industry, exploring new market opportunities, and planning for future investment growth.
