Dan Deichert is a seasoned real estate investor, developer, and strategist with over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in acquisitions, dispositions, finance, project leasing and sales, tenant representation, development, and construction management. His deep industry expertise, combined with a hands-on approach, has positioned him as a leader in large-scale real estate investments and development.

In 1996, Dan co-founded Texas Land & Building Company with partner Matt Bukin, successfully completing over $240 million in transactions. Recognizing the potential in emerging markets, he launched DS Group in 2012 to expand real estate investments and asset management across Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Over the years, he has developed and managed projects across multiple sectors, including land development, office space, hospitality, industrial, retail, and master-planned communities. His portfolio includes over 7,800 acres of land development, 4.7 million square feet of office space, 850 hotel rooms, 1.5 million square feet of industrial space, and more than 700,000 square feet of retail properties.

Dan has played a key role in the development of several landmark projects, including the 2,300-acre Waterways mixed-use community in Georgia, the 640-acre Kierland development in Scottsdale, and the 400-acre Rayzor Ranch in Denton, Texas. His investment track record also includes major developments such as Fountain Place, a 1.2 million-square-foot office tower in Dallas, the Hyatt Hill Country resort in San Antonio, and the expansive Fossil Creek mixed-use community in Fort Worth.
