JLM Living, in partnership with Southern Impression Homes (SIH), is progressing development on The Eleanor – Bloomingdale, a 253-unit single-family build-to-rent community located in Bloomingdale, Georgia, just outside the Savannah metropolitan area. The project is currently under construction on Little Neck Road, following the start of vertical construction in October 2025. The first units are expected to deliver in April 2026, with full project completion anticipated in early 2027.
