Celebrating the Grand Opening of The Eleanor in Rio Rancho!

We are absolutely thrilled to officially announce the grand opening of The Eleanor in Rio Rancho! On Thursday, May 21, local government officials, business leaders, and the Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate this incredible milestone.

As the very first community of its kind for JLM Living, this grand opening marks a massive step forward for the build-to-rent industry, and we couldn’t be happier to bring this innovative lifestyle to the fast-growing Cabezon region.

What is “Build-to-Rent 2.0”?
